CIT's Orange Shirt Day - Honouring the Legacy

To honour the legacy of survivors and those who did not make it home, CIT will share a film screening of Bannock Republic, written by Indigenous playwright Kenneth T. Williams, as performed by the Centre for Indigenous Theatre in 2021.

Bannock Republic explores the heavy legacy of Residential Schools and is a testament to Indigenous storytelling and resiliency.

The screening will be followed by a feast.

This is a free community event, all are welcome!

Please RSVP on our Facebook event page or email citmail@indigenoustheatre.com to let us know you will be joining us!
